1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be issued for orders that meet the following criteria:
    • Incorrect or incomplete order fulfilment by TriFood.

2. Order Cancellation:

  • Customers cannot cancel the order once it’s placed. The order is considered confirmed, and refunds will be subjected to the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:

  • If an order is delivered with incorrect items or is incomplete, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement of the affected items.
  • Customers must report the issue within 1 hours of receiving the order for it to be considered for a refund.

  • The customer support team may request for additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to validate the refund request which you must provide.

5. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may be non-refundable. These include:
    • Items that have been consumed or partially consumed.

  • TriFood reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
